差程（D.T.）－ 柱塞或者執(zhí)行元件的行程是從接觸點(diǎn)的“快動”到接觸點(diǎn)的“快回”。
自由位置（F.P.）－ 在沒有外力作用時(shí)開關(guān)柱塞或者執(zhí)行元件的自由位置（不包括重力）。
全超行程力－達(dá)到執(zhí)行元件全部超行程所需要的力。
工作點(diǎn)（O.P.）－ 執(zhí)行元件或者柱塞的接觸點(diǎn)從正常狀態(tài)到工作狀態(tài)的點(diǎn)。注意在可調(diào)節(jié)或者柔性執(zhí)行元件情況下，工作點(diǎn)是從杠桿末端測量或者是其最大長度。測量工作位置的所在可以參考安裝尺寸示例。
操作力（O.F.）－ 使得開關(guān)柱塞或者執(zhí)行元件“快回”的力的總和。注意在可調(diào)節(jié)執(zhí)行元件情況下，這個(gè)力是從杠桿的最大長度距離測量的。
過行程（O.T.）－ 柱塞或者執(zhí)行元件在工作位置以外的安全行程。
預(yù)行程（P.T.）－ 在移動柱塞或者執(zhí)行元件從自由位置到工作位置所經(jīng)歷的距離或者角度。
釋放力（R.F.）－ 在開關(guān)柱塞或者執(zhí)行元件的接觸點(diǎn)已經(jīng)從工作位置到非工作位置時(shí)仍然加在其上的力的總和。
總行程（T.T.）－ 從執(zhí)行元件的自由位置到最大過行程位置的總距離。
